Kelly Creek miracles (3/7/16 email)

This week we stopped by to see a potential investigator, N, and she said
to come back in like ten minutes. So we were going to try and stop by the
other potential investigators in the same apartment complex, but Sister
Hansen felt like we should go stop by to see T, who lives in a completely
different part of town. So we went and as we pulled up we saw that T
was in the process of moving out! We barely caught them the very last
day they were living there. She gave us the address that she's moving
to and asked if we could send the missionaries over in Milwaukie to
her house. She was so grateful we caught her before she moved! God
doesn't do random. So then we went back to N's and had a lesson with
her and her boyfriend, T, and their ADORABLE little daughter, L. We
had an amazing lesson with them and they had so many questions for us
to answer. It was perfect! Then L took my pen out of my bag and tried
to stab me with my own pen so T said, "Oh my gosh I am so sorry! She
needs Jesus in her life! What time is your church? I'm taking her!"
Hahaha I was dying laughing. They are such a cute family!

We also had mission leadership council this week so we got to go up to
the mission office in Vancouver! I LOVE THE MISSION OFFICE!! It was so
great. Now I'm excited to give trainings next week at zone meetings. I
always feel like I'm on a spiritual high after MLC, which is perfect
because then we get to take what we learned to the zone meetings the
following week.

We taught this one woman, B, about the Restoration last week and halfway through she just asked, "How do I become a Mormon?" Well, B, you asked the right people! We can help you with that!

Last night our 8:00 lesson cancelled so we stopped by their neighbors (C and T) who we'd met and shared a Book of Mormon with the other day. They let us right in and asked us about the Book of Mormon. We told them where it came from and all that fun stuff then C said, "This all makes sense now! I've always been interested in Native American history and this just puts it all together for me! We gotta read this book, Honey!" So they said they'd read a chapter together every night before our next appointment.

Our recent converts, N and C, are now Ward Missionaries!! At the ward/missionary correlation meeting last week our Ward Mission Leader asked if anyone had any missionary experiences they wanted to share and N was so excited to share! She's only been a member for a month and she just wants to share the Gospel with everyone she meets. She said her neighbor really wants to come to church so we might be seeing her next week. Oh I just love her!

Well that was my amazing week. Love you all!
